Zera is developed for modern desktop and mobile browsers. Update your browser to the current stable version for best compatibility with forms, uploads, and security features.

We rely on standard session and security cookies. If you block all cookies, sign-in and staying signed in can fail. Allow cookies for the Zera site domain, or add an exception for the same origin your team uses in production and staging when testing.

If a page is blank, frozen, or submitting twice, first try a hard refresh, then a private window. Private windows help rule out extensions, stale cache, and third-party ad blockers that sometimes interfere with scripts or uploads.

For corporate networks, some proxies strip headers or file uploads. If you only see a problem on VPN, your IT group may need to allow the domain. Include those details in a technical support ticket to speed up diagnosis.
