Portfolio uploads vs. resume library
Use the resume library for parsing and applications; use portfolio areas for work samples. Mixing them up can slow applications and review.
The resume library is where structured extraction and application defaults pull from. Upload the CV you want reviewers to see for each apply flow.
Portfolio or work-sample areas are for curated artifacts—redacted write-ups, architecture diagrams you can share, or public links—depending on what the product exposes for your account.
Do not assume portfolio uploads run the same parsing pipeline as resumes; follow the resume path when an application asks for a CV.
Employers should state in the posting whether they want a portfolio link, a single PDF, or both so candidates route files correctly the first time.
