Employer analytics: pipeline health and hiring metrics
Use employer dashboards to see posting activity, applicant volume, and funnel signals so your team can prioritize reqs and spot bottlenecks early.
Most employer accounts can review activity by job and time period. Start from the jobs or analytics surfaces your plan exposes, then filter to the requisitions you own.
Compare applicant counts to your historical baseline for similar roles. A sudden drop may mean visibility, requirements, or location filters are too tight; a spike without movement may mean the post needs clearer must-haves.
Export or screenshot metrics before major process changes so you can judge impact after you adjust titles, clearance language, or compensation bands.
If a metric looks wrong, note the job ID, date range, and what you expected—support can reconcile counts with platform logs without sharing candidate PII in the ticket.
