Add teammates with the right employer permissions, separate billing contacts from recruiters, and avoid shared logins for audit and security reasons.

Invite colleagues through the employer admin or member flows your account uses. Each person should have their own login; shared passwords complicate audits and break MFA assumptions.

Separate who can change billing from who can post jobs when your organization allows it. That reduces accidental plan changes during busy hiring sprints.

When someone leaves the company, revoke access promptly and rotate any API keys or integrations they managed outside Zera per your policy.

If your contract mentions seat counts, adding users may require a billing change—confirm with your admin before bulk invites.
