Job alerts: email and in-product signals
Configure how you hear about new roles—saved searches, email alerts, and in-app notifications—without missing time-sensitive cleared openings.
Job alerts tie to your account preferences and the searches you save. Keep at least one channel on for active searches so you do not miss short windows on competitive roles.
Narrow alerts with realistic filters. Over-broad alerts train you to ignore mail; too narrow and you may miss adjacent titles that still fit your clearance and skills.
When you change focus—location, remote stance, or clearance level—update saved searches instead of stacking duplicates.
Employers should set expectations in postings if alerts will fire for contract-to-hire or contingent roles so candidates interpret notifications correctly.
