Zera is built as a responsive web experience. You can sign in, browse jobs, and complete many steps on a phone, especially for reading and light edits.
For large resume imports, long questionnaires, and multi-file uploads, a Wi-Fi connection and a desktop browser usually reduce error rates and are easier to troubleshoot if something fails.
If you are on a mobile data plan with strict limits, wait until you are on Wi-Fi before big uploads. Some carriers throttle, which can look like a failed upload on our side.
