Control how you receive updates about applications, job alerts, and account messages, and keep your address deliverable with proper spam settings.
Zera may email you about account security, applications, and product updates, depending on your role and the preferences we expose in settings. You should keep at least one working address on file.
If you stop receiving email entirely, your mailbox may be full, the domain may be blocking our sender, or the message may be sorted into spam. Add our sending domain to an allow list where your IT policy allows it.
In-product notifications, where available, can complement or replace some emails. If you are overwhelmed, start by reducing marketing-style updates and keep job-critical notices on for active searches.
For employers, name a stable billing and HR contact in your internal records with Zera so time-sensitive items reach people who can act.
