To attract the right talent, use a clear job title, location expectations, and a description that states responsibilities, must-have skills, and clearance or citizenship requirements when they apply. Accurate requirements reduce mismatched applications and support questions.

You can return to the job to update description, status, and details as the search evolves. If a role is on hold, pause or close it so candidates are not spending time on stale listings.

Rich text in postings helps formatting; keep headings sensible so the listing remains readable on mobile. Avoid duplicate postings for the same requisition, which can confuse reporting and your applicants.
