Reset your password and recover access
If you cannot sign in, use the password reset flow, check spam folders for email, and keep your account email current for recovery.
If you forget your password, use the "Forgot password" link on the sign-in page. You will receive an email with a link to set a new password. The link is time-limited, so if it expires, start the process again.
Check your spam or promotions folder if nothing arrives within a few minutes. Add the sender to your safe list to improve deliverability. If you no longer have access to the email on your account, you will need to contact support; we can verify you and help update your sign-in.
Choose a strong, unique password and avoid reusing credentials from other sites. For shared computers, do not let the browser save the password and always sign out when finished.
If you see repeated "invalid password" errors while you are sure the password is correct, try a private window to rule out extensions, or reset the password to clear any mismatch.
