Resume library and extraction review

The resume library helps you keep multiple versions and choose the file that best fits each job. When you import or update a file, the product may show an extraction or review experience so you can fix employer titles, skills, and dates the parser misread.

Spending a few minutes on extraction review reduces mistakes on your profile and downstream applications. Small errors in years or program names are common with automated tools; a human check beats repeating those errors in every apply flow.

Name files in a way you will remember, such as date and version, so you do not pick the wrong document under time pressure. Keep file sizes and formats within the product limits shown at upload time.

For portfolio or non-resume work samples, use the product areas dedicated to that content rather than overloading a single PDF unless the employer asks for a single combined package.
