Employers on Stripe-backed billing can open the customer portal for payment methods, receipts, and some subscription self-serve where enabled.

When your account uses Stripe Customer Portal, you can update cards, download invoices, and sometimes adjust seats depending on what Zera enabled for your price.
If the portal link in email expired, request a fresh one from billing support or use the in-product billing entry point when available.
Match invoice line items to internal POs using the invoice number and period dates; attach PDFs to your ERP per your finance team's rules.
For tax or legal entity changes, do not rely on self-serve alone—open a ticket with documents your counsel approves for sharing.
